As a designer it was to me at a point obvious to dive into the design thinking process. It is in a way how I worked as a designer since my student times, but the advanced toolset helps me a lot to bring the design process into the entire company team. This has a major effect on the entire workflow and it’s effectivity.
I have to admit, that the general process, as handled in the design thinking workflow, has more impact on the products than the pure sculpting job I do as a designer.
This i why I went for the certification program at the Hasso-Plattner-Institut in Potsdam to become a certified design thinking coach.
In order to be able to dive in deep and concentrated, I find it important to leave the everyday noise of to-do’s, mails and calls aside.
Where could be a better place to rethink and be creative as on a lake side?
From august on we will have a nice classic yurt on our campus along the lakeside to host workshops.
